Northern Foreshore Estate is a high brow residential gated serviced estate, located off Chevron drive, close to Bourdillon Court Estate Lekki. The estate was developed by Aircom Nigeria Limited and is about 20 mins away from Victoria Island.
Aircom delivered 206 units of fully detached houses to subscribers of Northern Foreshore Estate in 2006, by 2008, additional 360 units of various house types, including bungalows and Duplexes, were delivered within the second phase of the estate.
